AGO introduces new Sar-e-Pool Appellate Prosecution Director

Sayed Yahya Ahmadyar was introduced as new Sar-e-Pool Appellate Prosecution Director on September 4.

Sar-e-Pool governor, provincial council members, and influential leaders also participated in the introduction ceremony at AGO conference hall.

Mr. Ahmadyar visited the prison and discussed with prison officials. He stated: The livelihood conditions should be fare and prisoners should be treated well.

In the meantime, based on the presidential pardon decree, three prisoners including a woman, were freed from Sar-e-Pool prison.

During the public meetings, the director asked people of Sar-e-pool to cooperate and support the prosecution office in eliminating violence against women, combating corruptions and crimes to ensure justice.
