Anti-Corruption Justice Center trails three De Afghanistan Brishna Sherkat (DABS) staff

ACJC publicly sentenced three DABS staff for the charge of treason on February 13. The jury of ACJC primary court for handling corruptions, sentenced Mr. Shafiqullah s/o Abdul Ghafor, procurement manager, Mohammad Haseeb s/o Mohammad Arif and Abdul Ghafar s/o Abdul Ghafor members of evaluation committee at DABS. The jury sentenced each defendant to two years of imprisonment in accordance with article 270 and 39 of Criminal Law and regarding the article 145 of the mentioned law.

In this session the jury added that, Engineer Shekib Ahmad Nesar, operations director of Brishna Sherkat, Ahmad shah Sahel Finance and Administrative Director, Ahmad Seyar Yousuf Anwari, Omed Jalalian Company, inspection delegate and all officials involved in the case, are under judicial prosecution.
