Attorney General Office (AGO) Holds Third Round of Civil Services Staff Performance Evaluation Training Program

On Saturday, May 8, 2018, the civil services staff performance evaluation training program held by Training and Capacity Building Department (TCBD) – AGO Human Resources Development General Directorate in cooperation with Justice Sector Support Program (JSSP) in AGO building located in Darulaman.

The mentioned program which is planned for AGO’s administrative staff will be held periodically to familiarize the civil services with planning, monitoring and evaluation, and performance appraisal.

According to the trainer of this program, Mr. Abdul Rashid Mo’ahid, performance appraisal plays an important role in the working progress of every organization. He believes that it will enhance staff capacity, create a fair system (reward and punishment), reflection of activities, encouraging successful staff and realization of staffs’ strength and weakness by themselves.

However, the civil services staff performance appraisal training program for AGO staff is held in capital and provinces at zone level (simultaneously for multiple provinces).

Three more programs (one program in the capital and two in the east and west zones of the country) will be held in the coming 4 months.
