Attorney General's Office (AGO) conducts Performance Appraisal Training Program

AGO conducted Performance Appraisal Training program in the conference hall of the Professional Training Institute On November 13 and 14, 2017. Directors of Appellate Prosecution offices from 24 provinces attended this two-day training program. 

At the end of this program, Attorney General (AG) Saranpoh Mohammad Farid Hamidi, Director of Human Resources Mohammad Nasser Hemath, and some other central Directors also participated.

AG Hamidi pointed out to directors of Appellate Prosecution Office, “Each employee should be appraised based on his or her performance and proper assessment, their strengths and weaknesses should be identified, and necessary guidance should be given for solution.”   

Mr. Hamidi said "Prosecutors must pay close attention in protecting rights and freedom of people, and punishing criminals."

He added, “Based on a presidential decree, those who receive amnesty and mitigation, should be released as soon as possible.”

According to Mr. Hamidi, religious scholars have very important role in preventing crime. He said: "Our task is to reduce crime graph, but religious scholars, media and civil activists have very effective role in this regard. "
