Juvenile Offences Special Prosecution office and Children at Risk office, holds meeting

Mr. Mohammad Daud Afzali Juvenile Offences Special Prosecution Office General Director, Sayed Monir Haidari Primary Prosecution Director and Farida Baraki Investigation Director, Zarmina Behroz Children at Risk office representative, officers of some security districts and some social workers with their managers participated in this meeting. Juvenile Offences Special Prosecution directorate held this meeting on February 18, 2018.

The participants talked about importance of the children personality form in the files, resolving the challenges, performance speed and children support. Participants in the mentioned meeting decided that the social workers of the Children at Risk office must fill the children personality form carefully and provided it to the related prosecutors. Also the social workers of the Children at Risk office, must fill the forms at the discovery process and send them with the files to the prosecution office through police.

Meeting participants decided that during the interview with children, if the social workers of the Children at Risk office find any complain, observing any kind of torture and misbehave by the police or any other in-charges, they must report to prosecution office at their soonest.
