د طالبانو ۴۶ تنه مظنونین چې د کشفي ادارو له خوا نیول شوي او تر توقیف لاندې دي، له څېړنو وروسته چې د دوی د ورانکاریو او جنایتونو په اړه کوم دلیل نشته، د هېواد د جزایي اجرااتو قانون او د کوچني اختر په مناسبت د افغانستان د اسلامي جمهوري دولت د لوی څارنوال په هدایت سره له توقیف خونو څخه ازاد شول او ۸ تنه نور یې هم د محکمې د حکم د تنفیذ وروسته، په همدې مناسبت له زندان څخه ازاد کړل.
