د ا.ا.ا کابینې په خپله شپږویشتمه ناسته کې د محکومینو د لېږدولو کمېټې ریاست د لوی څارنوال په مشرۍ تایید کړ.

دا ناسته د ۱۴۰۱ لمریز کال د کب پر ۱۵ چې د ۱۴۴۴ هجري قمري کال د شعبان المعظم له ۱۳ سره سمون لري، جوړه شوې وه.

د محکومینو د لېږدولو کمېټه د ا.ا.ا لوی څارنوال په مشرۍ د کورنیو چارو او بهرنیو چارو وزارتونو، سترې محکمې او د زندانونو د تنظیم ادارې د استازو په غړیتوب جوړه شوې ده.

دا کمېټه له نورو هېوادونو د افغان بندیانو د لېږدولو پروسې د دوام او د ښو اړیکو د پیاوړتیا په موخه جوړه شوې ده.
