Anti-corruption Justice Center (ACJC) trails Herat Province Ansar 606 Zone Headquarter 3 staff

ACJC primary court publicly trailed the 3 men for the charge of Job Authority Misuse on February 14.

Mr. Sayed Omar Nayeb Zada, Criminal Investigation Director of Ansar 606 Zone headquarter, Mr. Najibul Rahman Deputy Analytical and Evaluation manager, and Mr. Abdul Rahman, CID member of Herat province were trailed in this court.

The jury sentenced Mr. Sayed Omar Nayeb zada in his absence to three years of imprisonment, in accordance with the paragraph 1, article 42 of the Military Criminal Law and article 209 Criminal Procedure.

Mr. Abdul Rahman was sentenced to three years of imprisonment, in accordance with paragraph 1, article 42 of the Military Criminal Law and article 209 of the Criminal Procedure in consideration of article 4 of the mentioned law.

The jury indulgenced Mr. Najibul Rahman due to lack of enough evidence for the charge of Job Authority Misuse.

The Chairman of the court said that, this is not the final verdict, the defendants can appeal in case of dissatisfaction.
