Training Programs for AGO Accounting Managers is completed
A four-day finance and accounting training program which was held by AGO Training and Capacity Building (TCBD) section for 33 provincial accounting managers in Professional Training Institute (PTI) Hall ended today, May 15, 2018.

General Director of Human Resources Development, Mohammad Nasir Hemat, said: “the new procurement models presented to the participants can boost transparency in this institution”. According to him, AGO is committed to specialize this office. Mr. Hemat said that updating this office is of basic needs. “recently, 600 employees are recruited where 200 of them are professional Prosecutors that majority of them are youth”, Mr. Hemat added.
Panjsher province’s Appellate Prosecution’s Accounting Manager, Mohammad Haroon Shaida found the program useful and said: “The guidelines presented for provincial Accounting Managers in this program can helps us perform our duties effectively.”
Helmand province’s Appellate Prosecution’s Accounting Manager, Farzad Ahmad, another participant of this program said that it has been the first effective program he witnessed since long time. According to him, holding such programs will solve problems faced in accounting and salaries areas.
In this program, budgeting skills, procurement, arrangement of finance and accounting forms, training of determination of estimated and accurate pricing, standardizing of procurement procedure and method for arranging finance forms for improving daily activities were taught theoretically and practically.
