Therefore, the UNAMA report states that "AG actively participates in reform against corruption and leads the Anti-Corruption Committee in the Rule of Law Council. That’s why AGO is currenty dealing with many corruption cases".

The report states that one of the examples of transparency in this office is, "AGO’s proposal to Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (MEC) to investigate the vulnerabilities of AGO and identify the areas in need of reform". MEC also showed in its report in July 2017, that AGO is committed to advancing reforms. From these reforms we can point out on the; internal corruption control mechanisms, improving the recruitment process and the efficiency of AGO workforce, and increasing the number of female employees, especially in remote areas.
The AGO welcomes the release of this report and the positive view of UNAMA on AGO’s efforts to fight corruption and the implementation of the rule of law.

AGO is fully committed in this regard.

UNAMA office proposes increasing AGO capacity considering load of the cases.
In total, AGO has dealt with 3569 corruption cases in 1396 (2017), most of which are related to misuse of job authority that are the source of many breakings the law.
UNAMA report states that since eshtablishment of Anti-Corruption Juctice Center (ACJC), which consists of prosecutors and judges, the achievments of the center have dramatically increased.
Also, although the center is still expected to "continue to strengthen itself…, but the endurance of the Center’s leadership and their ability to continually increase the achievements of the center" must be appreciated.
