مراسم ختم قرآن عظیم الشان به مناسبت بیست و هفتم ماه مبارک رمضان، امروز سه‌شنبه 22 جوزای سال روان خورشیدی، در لوی څارنوالی واقع دارالامان راه اندازی شد. در این مراسم معاونان، رؤسا و برخی از کارکنان این اداره اشتراک کرده بودند.
