لوی څارنوال؛ تغییرات و تبدیلات در لوی څارنوالی یک اصل است

محمدالف عرفانی به عنوان معاون لوی څارنوال در امور مبارزه با فساد اداری و فضل سبحان صافی به حیث رئیس عمومی مرکز عدلی و قضایی مبارزه با جرایم سنگین فساد اداری، روز سه شنبه هشتم جوزای سال روان خورشیدی، مقرر شدند.

این اشخاص بر اساس پیشنهاد لوی څارنوالی و فرمان های شماره 424 و 442 مقام ریاست جمهوری به این سمت ها مقرر شدند. آقای عرفانی پیش از این به عنوان رئیس عمومی مرکز عدلی و قضایی مبارزه با جرایم سنگین فساد اداری و آقای صافی به حیث رئیس څارنوالی استیناف ولایت بدخشان، کار می کردند.
