این برنامه از سوی دفتر برنامۀ حمایت از سکتور عدلی افغانستان (JSSP) برای سه روز، از سوم تا ششم سنبلۀ سال روان خورشیدی در ریاست اطلاعات و ارتباط عامه برگزار شد.
هدف از راه اندازی این برنامه، تقویت حکومت‌داری الکترونیکی (برقی)، استفاده درست و مسلکی از انترنت خوانده شد.
