د افغانستان لوی څارنوال د افغانستان د بیارغونې لپاره د امریکا ځانګړي سرمفتش جان سوپکو سره د روان کال د تلې پر ۱۶ لیدنه وکړه.
 
په نوموړې لیدنه کې د هېواد لوی څارنوال څارنپوه محمد فرید حمیدي او جان سوپکو له اداري فساد سره د ملي ستراتيژي په اړه خبرې وکړې.
 
ښاغلي سوپکو په نوموړې ستراتيژۍ کې د لویې څارنوالۍ رول ګټور وباله او ټینګار يې وکړ، چې د فساد د له منځه وړلو په برخه کې د افغانستان د بیارغونې لپاره د امریکا ځانګړې اداره (سیګار) له لویې څارنوالۍ سره هراړخیزې مرستې ته چمتو ده.
