درې تنه له واک څخه د ناوړه ګټې اخېستنې په تور محاکمه شول

دغه درې کسان د اداري فساد له لویو جرمونو سره د مبارزې عدلي او قضایي مرکز د ابتدایي محکمې له خوا له واک څخه د ناوړه ګټې اخېستنې په تور د ۱۳۹۸ کال د وري پر ۱۸ په علني ډول محاکمه شول.

په دغې قضایي ناسته کې، د ماليې وزارت پخوانۍ مرستیال عبدالرزاق د محمد موسی زوی، د جایدادونو او سرمایو پر تصدۍ د نظارت امر جان محمد د خان محمد زوی او د تصدۍ د محاسبې مدیر حزب الله د حفیظ الله زوی محاکمه شول.

د یادې شوې ناستې قضایي پلاوي، نوموړي کسان له واک څخه د ناوړه ګټې اخېستې په تور د جزا کود د ۱۷ او د جزایي اجرااتو قانون د ۲۰۹ مادې په رعایتولو د همدې قانون د ۲۵۸ مادې مطابق په ۱۲ـ۱۲ زره افغانیو نقدي جریمه محکوم او مجازات کړل.
