Attorney General’s Office (AGO) of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan assigned a delegation for investigating the Gen. Habibullah Ahmadzai’s allegation with media and thus asked him officially to submit all his evidence and documents till 30th May 2019.

Despite, Gen. Ahmadzai showed up on 30th of May to the AGO and the assigned delegation assured him of investigating the case impartially and fairly, but, till now not only he has not provided any evidence or documents, but has spoken to media in an irresponsible way and by expressing such views on media not only he is helping to investigate the case but has created more concerns for the people.

The Attorney General’s Office of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan with its precise, fair, impartial and independent conduct in recent years has shown that it is a protector of the rights and freedoms of the people and has addressed all the issues in the light of the Provisions of the Law.
