Condolences Message from The Attorney General’s Office

We are deeply Saddened for martyring late Assadullah Bawari, Head of Military Prosecution Department of Helmand who has been martyred at Shah Joy District of Zabul Province on 28th of May 2019.

The leadership of the Attorney General’s Office of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, express Its condolence to the family, relatives, and residents of Helmand and asked forgiveness for him and patience for his relatives from The Almighty Allah.

The AGO of the IRoA once again emphasize that such kind of hostile acts will not effect on the will of AGO for ensuring justice and the Rule of Law. The Attorney General's staff is, under all circumstances, determined and ready to serve for Afghan people.

The AGO while condemning such kind of Anti-Sharia and Anti-Humanity actions have assigned a delegation for seriously investigating this incident and will bring the perpetrators of this act to justice.
